Hello everyone, no luck hunting last night but I will try again tonight. Hope everyone had a good halloween. It got cold here last night but my outdoor wood stove is going strong keeping me warm. Another day off then back to the airline grind. The gear jerker

Hey folks,
I am back home for three whole days!!!!!!! Today I had to run errands, the bank, get a hair cut etc. Now I am off to the deer woods in search of the elusive whitetail deer with my bow. Wish me luck I will give you a report soon. Happy Hunting Halloween

I made it home last night. After leaving Wichita going to Chicago then to Philly and back to Chicago I caught the 8pm flight to Minneapolis and got home late last night. Talk about a long day but it is good to be home. Today and tomorrow now I am on reserve. That means I am on call. Keeping my cell phone nearby, it is my leash I have to be ready to go to work. Two days of reserve then three days off. That is what I am looking forward to. The Gear Jerker

Hey Folks, ever wonder about the glamorous lifestyle of an airline pilot. I am here to tell you its not all its cracked up to be. But its not all bad either. My first blog and it is coming to you from Wichita KS on a layover. We got to the hotel tonight about 730pm and the van leaves tomorrow morning at 7am. Hows that for glamour.
